Primary Accomplishments: Most of my work has been during the time of COVID, which has proven difficult to accomplish huge projects, but so far accomplishments include streamlining and improving the online streaming worship, adding a “Zoom coffee hour”, added a second morning service that took place outside in the fall, currently working on clarifying session and committee structures and building relationships with non-profits and other churches in the neighborhood.

Primary Accomplishments: Witness to Church growth (membership: 80 to 86 members/Average Worship attendance: 50 to mid 60s) and increased giving (%10 increase from 2013 to 2014), overseeing visioning process, began creation of operations manual, facilitated leadership development, strengthened pre-existing congregational outreach system, engaged in worship improvements (specifically working to make it more multicultural, and inclusive of the large influx of Cameroonian immigrants the congregation has witnessed) and strived to systemize accountability systems.
